Software, Website, Game, and App Development

Initial Development Fee:

For any software, website, game, or app development, there is an initial development fee. This fee covers the preliminary stages of development, including planning, design, and initial implementation. The exact amount may vary depending on the project's complexity and the client's specific needs.

Monthly Maintenance Fee:
After the initial development phase, a monthly maintenance fee may be required. This fee ensures ongoing support, updates, and maintenance for as long as the app, website, or game remains active. The fee amount may vary based on the project's scope and requirements.

Non-Payment Consequences:
It is essential to keep up with the monthly maintenance fee to avoid service interruptions. If a client is unable to pay the fee for any reason, the following steps will be taken:

• The app, website, or game will be put into Construction Mode, during which users will not be able to access it.

• The client will receive an email notification and a reminder informing them of the missed payment and the impending Construction Mode.

• The client will have one to two weeks from the notification date to make the payment and avoid Construction Mode.

• If the payment is not received within this period, Construction Mode will be activated, and a penalty fee will be charged to cover the downtime and the efforts to reactivate the service.

Customization and Ownership:
• We offer flexibility to each client's specific needs. Fees and the initial development payment can be adjusted based on the client's requirements.

• Clients has 100% ownership to their app, website, or game. If a client prefers to have changes made to their app, website, game, etc. It can be done through simple communication.

Payment Discussions:
• We understand that situations can change, and we are open to discussing payment terms or providing additional information. Clients are encouraged to reach out to us if they need to discuss their payment plans.


Hardware Repairs

• For hardware repairs, there is no ongoing fee. Clients will only be charged for the service, administrative fee and any replacement parts if required.
